the elevator system seemed a bit slow at peak times, and i noticed some wait during check-in.

i enjoyed the variety of food options at breakfast and dinner they had a lot to choose from. my room included a mini fridge and a free electronic safe that was very useful. the bathroom had a large walk-in shower which i really liked. i found the tv in the room had some english channels including bbc and itv.
the lack of usb chargers and a kettle in the bedroom was a slight inconvenience for me as i would have used these often

I really enjoyed the tasty food with many choices at both breakfast and dinner. The room had warmth, comfort with a mini fridge. The electronic safe was available without added fees. I had a large balcony to enjoy the view during the afternoon sun.
The gym equipment could use a small update with some modern machines, but I still managed to do my workouts.

An Acceptable Place to Stay

I liked the garden area. It was very nice near the lower pool and had good shade from trees. The food was pretty good, I must say. It also had lots of variety.
I think the air conditioning was leaking all week. One of our girls slipped on the water and banged her head. The hotel staff didnt seem interested and stated it wasn't their problem.
